Supreme Court unanimously strikes down gun law used to prosecute Hunter Biden

The court ruled that the law used to prosecute Hunter Biden was overly broad and improperly deprived individuals of the right to keep guns in their homes.

The case involved a Texas man who was charged with a felony after FBI agents raided his home and found a gun he had hidden for self-defense, and the man also admitted to smoking marijuana every other day.
