Migrant, 26, is found guilty of groping three women while riding bike to car wash job from his taxpayer-funded hotel

A resident of a shelter near Gatwick Airport was found guilty of capturing three different women as he passed through his car and car.
26-year-old Qais Al-Aswad carried out attacks along the same bike path in Surrey Hortey for a three-week period.
On May 23 at around 21.00 ‘slapped the bottom of the bottom’ with the pub after leaving the first woman approached.
On June 4, Al-Aswad held a second woman at 9 o’clock and squeezed the gold.
Eight days later, on June 12, Al-Aswad passed a third woman from his bike and at 10.45 am ‘caught the groin and vaginal area’.

Julie Cooper, the regional judge, sentenced Al-Aswad to three points and detained him for a pre-sentence report until October 1st.
“These are sexual crimes and I need to know more about you before you punish you,” he said.

The judge said, “The same bike was used, wearing your personal pants and camouflage and two -toned jackets in your place,” the judge said.
‘Your phone shows you that the attacks took place and your distinguishing backpack is worn and the same attack method is used on every occasion.’
Prosecutor Alan Balneaves said to the hearing: ‘The first accusation, the complaint moved away from a local pub with his mother, Horley at 9.00 at Consort Way.

“ There is a CCTV following a part of this route and shows a person who approaches a complaint from behind and slapped his gold.
‘The cyclist was wearing a very different camouflage jacket and blue greenish jeans and a black hat.’
The prosecution case was based on bicycles and clothes, and the clothes of the subsequent attacks belonged to El-Aswad.
The prosecutor said, “This first complainant did not see the approach and when the attack was made, the person does not look at the path of the way,” he said.
‘CCTV at Horley’s train station shows this defendant in the same jacket and pants.’

The complainant told the court that Jack Fairman had just left Pub and walked along the sidewalk with his mother and showed CCTV.
“ `Anywhere a man was very close and slapped the stunned and said: ‘Forgives’. I didn’t see your face. He was wearing a camouflage jacket.
I was shocked then. There was no such thing before me, and it violated me. It was from behind and I had no idea that he was approaching. ‘
Mr. Balneaves said the second attack on June 4 took place immediately after 9.00.

The court heard that Al-Aswad had wearing the same trainers, and Hotel CTV had a backpack when he left him for a car washing at 5.46 am that morning.
The newly separated woman from the Horley station said to the court: ‘I was walking on the sidewalk, and suddenly there was a gentleman on my left on a bike.
“ Left bum squeezed me and set out. It was quite shocked and shouted a few sworn words.
‘The cyclist turned and looked at me, and I put my finger on him and did the same thing to me, smiled and set out.’
The third attack insisted that Al-Aswad was in car washing around 10.45 pm on June 12th.
Prosecutor, “ `a bicycle driver appears from the front and approaches and passes the groin vaginal area, ” he said.
‘Compilation CCTV rides his distinctive trainers, Air Jordan backpack and a bike showing that he wears a two -tone jacket.’
The woman said she was at Constors Way near Waitrose.
“ “ I left a shop to meet my wife and daughter and when I realized a cyclist on the sidewalk, I took my phone.
“ “ Cyclist was coming towards me and the cyclist reached out and touched the vagina.
“ I turned and shouted at him and stood shouting, looked around and kissed his hand that he touched the vagina.
“ I was swinging instantly. Everything was really quick and I was caught unprepared. I took a look and I couldn’t really see his face because of his hand. ‘
El-Aswad, who previously wearing gray sweat pants and gray t-shirts given by HMP Wandsworth, told the court: ‘I left my country. I left my wife and children in the camp and called security, ” he said.
I want to know what to do with me today. How do I see my wife if I find guilty? ‘
During the hearing, he insisted that he was a cyclist caught in CCTV and insisted: ‘I have not attacked any woman. I didn’t attack anyone or kissed women. I was at work. ‘
He was defined through his unique Adidas trainers, but he claimed: ‘They are my instructors, but they all borrow my instructors. This is not me. ‘
Before the trial, al-Aswad complained about the dock: ‘I want to see the people who complained about me. I didn’t do anything wrong.
“ I have many friends who use my clothes and use my bike. I have a homeless friend who climbs my window from Egypt and I give him clothes.
“ It has been two months for me in prison, and I don’t understand why I was in prison. I want to get out of this. ‘
Al-Aswad was found guilty today after the Gatwick Hotel, near Gatwick Airport on Saturday, August 2, after four points outside the four points.
