The San Francisco Fire Department confirms to PEOPLE that it responded to a medical emergency in the San Francisco Fairmont just before 3 a.m. local time on Thursday. The fire department reported that an unnamed person was found dead at the scene.
The San Francisco Police Department also confirmed to PEOPLE that officers arrived at the hotel on Thursday, spoke with paramedics and reported the death of an unnamed adult female.
NBC Bay Area It also reported that a police source told the press that the woman found dead at the hotel was believed to be Victoria.
The cause of death is unknown, but NBC Bay Area said foul play is not suspected.
