Aadhav Arjuna, ‘Bussy’ Anand, Sengottaiyan among 9 TVK Ministers to be sworn in with Vijay on May 10

Nine Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) Ministers are expected to take oath in Chennai on Sunday, May 10, 2026, along with party president and Prime Minister-designate C. Joseph Vijay.

Those included in the list submitted to Tamil Nadu Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar include ‘Bussy’ N. Anand (elected from T. Nagar constituency); Aadhav Arjuna (Villivakkam); KG Arunraaj (Tiruchengodu); KA Sengottaiyan (Gobichettipalayam); P. Venkataramanan (Mylapore); TO Nirmalkumar (Thirupparankundram); A. Rajmohan (Egmore); TK Prabhu (Karaikudi); and S. Keerthana (Sivakasi).
Chennai will have five ministers, including Mr. Vijay (elected from Perambur and Tiruchi East constituencies). There will be two Ministers in the western belt and three in the southern belt.
From now on, there will be one representative each for women and Scheduled Castes (SC). The portfolios of all Ministers are likely to be announced later.
