After Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan moves Delhi HC against morphed AI-generated videos

On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, Bollywood player Abhishek Bachchan called on the Supreme Court of Delhi to protect the promotional and personality rights and to prevent his image, similarity, personality and fake videos, including sexually open materials.

Justice Tejas Caria asked Mr. Bachchan to answer the queries brought up by the court and said that the issue would be heard at 14:30

Lawyer Pravin Anand, representing Mr. Bachchan, said that the defendants created the videos of the actor by AI and that he created false photographs and sexually open materials signed by him.

Mr. Bachchan was also represented by defenders Ameet Naik, Madhu Gadodia and Dhruv Anand.
