A judge in Idaho prevented the publication of graphic images from the house where Bryan Kohberger killed four university students.
The second regional judge, Megan Marshall, published the decision on Wednesday and wrote that graphic images containing the bodies of blood and victims would not be released by law enforcement officers. Kohberger was found guilty of killing Ethan Chapin, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Kaylee Goncalves.
In his decision, Marshall announced the publication of such paintings that “personal privacy will create an unfair occupation”.
“In this case, there is no doubt that photos, videos, sounds and other research records are incredibly disturbing.” “It is difficult to digest the records and offers a raw view to the terrible tragedy that occurred on 13 November 2022.”
