Clayton’s Mod offers a long illustrated menu taken from all over China.
There are plenty of artisanal dumpling and rice restaurants along Clayton Road, but Modu aims a little higher, with booth seating, a nice bar and great attention to presentation and plates. The long illustrated menu draws from all over China, but specialties like Jiangnan-style glutinous rice cakes and pumpkin taro balls lean north. There’s also a great stewed chicken dish with fried taro.
