CPI State Maha Sabha gets under way in Ongole

The Indian Communist Party (CPI) 28. State Maha Sabha began on Saturday evening in Ongle. A large show was held at the Grand Grand Municipality Open Theater near the Nellore bus stop, and then a public meeting was held in Uracheruvu Grand behind Kotha Market.
The two -day event includes cultural programs and delegate meetings in the SGVS Convention next to South Bypass Sanghamitra. CPI National Secretary General D. Raja, National Secretary K. Narayana, TaLangana State Secretary K. Sambasiva Rao, Andhra Pradesh Secretary K. Ramakrishna and other leaders.
The delegates and activists paid flower tribute to the former CPI Secretary General who passed away in Haydarabad on Friday night (22 August 2025) and twice as a member of Parliament, Senior Communist Leader Sudhakar Reddy.
Addressing the meeting, Mr. Narayan criticized the government and said, “Before coming to power, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who promised two crore work per year, could not provide 22 crore jobs in the last 11 years and destroyed countless others.”
