Why 2 helicopters were circling Kansas Statehouse and downtown Topeka
Both helicopters of Kansas Highway Patrol can be seen on the morning of September 26th in the city center of Topeka Kansas Statehouse.
APRİL MCCOLLUM, KHP’s public information officer, participated in the “photo flight” of hand cars.
“The photo flight was realized to capture the images of KHP helicopters for broadcast purposes.” He said. “The location was chosen to include the city Topeka Skyline.”
Kansas Highway Patrol Helicopters can be seen on the morning of September 26 in Topeka city center in the apartment.
McCollum said there was no emergency and that helicopters did not respond to a call.

Neither Topeka Police Department nor Shawnee district of Shawnee have helicopters.
Police department stopped the helicopter program December 2009.
