Sandwich magnate Hector’s has not only opened another CBD deli in Scott Pickett’s former shop Le Shoppe The site on Little Collins Street – while it serves all its signature dishes – has also opened a kiosk dedicated to donuts on Bourke Street. The open-air shop has sweet treats, no sandwiches, selling donuts that range in flavor from cinnamon to strawberry milk. And one delicious incongruity: apple fritters.
