‘As long as you’re good to your parents, the people you care about, the people around you, and whoever your God is, that’s good enough. You’re so small, how will you please the whole world?’

Chuando also told CNA Lifestyle that her biggest tips for aging well lie in more mental practice.

‘I think with this understanding, wouldn’t it be good if we could excite ourselves to have this mentality? Having a positive, healthy, youthful mindset.

‘I think after a while this feeling will eventually become you. Aging is inevitable. ‘I’m no different from anyone else.’

‘On my 60th birthday, I remembered that the only true wealth is time. “Every sunrise comes as an inheritance, not a guarantee,” he wrote on Instagram.

‘I’m grateful that I’m still standing on this Earth. Now the smarter way is simple: return to nature and sunshine every day and align myself with what is permanent. I wish PEACE IN THE WORLD.’
