Welfare and development priority of NDA government, says A.P. Minister

Minister in Charge of Annamayya District and Minister for Roads and Buildings Janardhan Reddy on Monday, December 15, 2025, said that welfare and development initiatives are progressing at a rapid pace under the NDA government.
Speaking to the media after meeting party leaders and workers at the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) office here, he said he had received hundreds of petitions regarding public grievances, local development works, administrative functions and party cadre issues. Acting on the directives of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and IT Minister Nara Lokesh, feedback from the public and party workers was collected and addressed in a structured manner, he added.
Mr. Reddy noted that some of the representations flagged allegations of negligence on the part of officials in certain areas. “If errors are detected, strict action will be taken against errant officials,” he said. Mr. Reddy added that all petitions will be examined in detail and a comprehensive investigation will be conducted at the district level in the presence of the Collector and Superintendent of Police to ensure time-bound resolution.
The minister said most of the petitions were related to revenue issues, infrastructure and development-related issues and these would be resolved as soon as possible. He also announced that village-level party committees will be formed soon and reiterated that the party will take decisions only after thorough verification and justice will be ensured for committed workers.
TDP’s Rajampeta Parliamentary Constituency president Jaganmohan Raju was also present.
