Lindian locks in $91.5M to greenlight Malawi rare earths mine
Even in Rare Earths prices, Lindian’s numbers shine-Physicity Study Kanande, a 99 percent internal return and repayment rate in a year, with a net value of US $ 794 million ($ 1,225 billion) at a net value before the tax.
Lindian says he’s already looking far beyond his first spill. From 900 hectares to 2500HA, a mining license expansion is hot in the heels of the administration, which can lift the output up to 50,000ta. Engineering studies are already continuing to design a modular expansion, and some of the placement revenues have been allocated to quickly monitor this growth pipeline.
Asx Heavy Fucking Iluka Resources supported the company by locking a 15 -year increase agreement for a 6,000 -year year concentrate from Kanhankunde to feed the refinery of ENAABBA in Western Australia. The agreement also provides guaranteed revenue with a base price above Lindian’s production costs and strengthens the rock-healthy economy from the first day.
Iluka quickly sweeted the agreement with a loan of 20 million dollars ($ 31 million) to the first stage construction, and for 15 years, up to 25,000ta received first rights in the production of second stage. In contrast, mining must include half of the major Lindian’s expansion costs and accept new commercial requirements such as pricing. If it undertakes the option, ILUKA can provide up to 31,000t concentrate per year.
Iluka’s fully integrated ENAABBA refinery, which is currently under construction, was financed by an unregistered loan of $ 1.65 billion from a first and largely federal government’s critical mineral facility of the federal government to a large extent for Australia.
For Lindian, the pieces fall properly. In addition to Iluka at the bank and one of the best undeveloped rare land deposits in the world, the company vaulted to the developer who was fully financed from hopeful explorer in a record time.
When Lindian returned to 2026, when the world’s rare worlds aimed to join the elite ranks of the world, all eyes are now in Kanhankunde.
