M60 traffic LIVE: Three-car crash sparks five miles of queues | UK | News

M60 motorists faced rush hour travel chaos this morning following a crash involving three cars. The multi-vehicle collision on the UK’s main motorway occurred on the road running counterclockwise from J1, Stockport Pyramid, to J27 for Portwood roundabout.

Greater Manchester Police confirmed three cars were involved, but no-one was injured and all passengers exited their vehicles safely. Traffic service Inrix said traffic queues of around five kilometers had formed due to the affected area being “partially blocked”. Inrix added that traffic was also slow on the clockwise carriageway “due to spectators.”
