Euro 2025: Jess Fishlock says Wales ‘will figure it out’ after Netherlands loss

Wales boss Rhian Wilkinson said that his side should take lessons from the opening defeat.
“I mean, it’s a group like the first question we’ve received in the lottery, right? We have a difficult group, no away from it,” he said.
“It is always painful to accept a goal up to half.
“We have to create more opportunities and make sure that these tour moms get less and less. But this is the world scene.
“This is a big event and you know, scary. The first game, but that’s the same time.”
Wilkinson is sure that his players will develop against France in St Gallen on Wednesday night.
“In the second half, this quick target has definitely hurt us.”
“There is a big, big mountain in this tournament, and we are excited about it. We want to play on the world stage and be brave to do it.”
Wilkinson knows that he is “emotional” by seeing Wales fans, that about 4,000 is a journey to Lucerne and that it has the chance to exhibit the country.
“Now we’re here and forever willer women went to a big tournament. These women will reverse it. I’m not worried about it.”
“Losing 3-0 is disappointing, but not Calamitous. It will be another big test for us to go to the next one.
“I don’t want to be disrespectful, but many people don’t know where Wales are on a map. And now we’re showing people.”
