The new research examined six wealth and lifestyle indicators for each city.
This included how many millionaires and billionaires live here by population, density of fine restaurants, five-star hotels, luxury retail stores and casinos per square kilometer.
These factors are combined into the Luxury Score, which ranks cities based on the availability of premium amenities for affluent residents.
Paris topped the list as the world’s best city for luxury living.
The French capital stands out for its high-end cuisine, offering approximately 834 fine restaurants per 100 km2, more than any other destination.

The city also has 142 five-star hotels per 100 km2 and operates up to 10 casinos.
Melbourne ranks second after Paris in terms of luxury lifestyle.
The Australian city is home to 94,000 millionaires with more than 100 outstanding restaurants to choose from around town.
Melbourne is also a city with a concentration of first-class hotels (125) and luxury shops (143), offering wealthy visitors plenty of shopping options.
Zurich comes in third place and is the country that attracts the most millionaires.
Almost one in five people here is worth seven figures, reflecting Zurich’s status as a global wealth management hub.
The city offers its wealthy visitors high-end culinary options through 150 restaurants.
Next on the list is Miami. The city has about the same concentration of millionaires as Paris, but hosts many more billionaires per capita (37).

In second place is Melbourne, Australia, where 94,000 millionaires live.
With many ultra-rich people in the city, Miami offers more than 120 fine dining options and nearly 40 luxury retail stores.
Milan ranks fifth among the world’s most luxurious destinations. The Italian fashion capital rivals Paris for fine dining, with 193 luxury restaurants catering to a smaller but denser community of 82,000 millionaires.
With nearly 20 five-star hotels and 76 luxury stores, Milan is the go-to place for those who love the latest trends and luxury shopping.
New York City follows as the second most luxurious city in America. According to research by crypto casino JB, New York has the highest numbers of both millionaires and billionaires.
Los Angeles comes in behind New York, while Singapore ranks eighth as Asia’s main financial and lifestyle hub.
Seoul is ranked ninth as another luxury destination in Asia. South Korea’s capital is home to 66,000 millionaires and 16 billionaire personalities.
London is among the top 10 cities for a luxury lifestyle. Nearly 2,200 out of every 100,000 people living in the city are millionaires, underlining London’s reputation as a center of global wealth.
