Royal Resort set for demolition, liquidation sale underway

Las Vegas (Classic) – After a fire, after sitting empty for about three years, the royal facility in Las Vegas is preparing for destruction.

Located just outside the Congress Center driver near Strip, the property will soon be torn and will be replaced with a brand new development.

Before the destruction began in early August, Royal Resort regulates a major liquidation and gives the locals and collectors the chance to take the history of vegas home. Everything from hotel room furniture to lobby decor is sold at discounted prices.

In 2022, the decision to demolish property comes after a comprehensive assessment of the damage caused by fire. Although the flames were rapidly extinguished at that time, he then damaged several areas of the hotel and left it insecure for future use.

Jim Pazargad, General Manager of Gold Key Plaza, said, “We had some guests on the seventh floor and started a fire.

The collapse of Royal Resort is planned to begin at the beginning of August. California -based Jade Enterprise holders, currently said that there is no plan for the site.
