Air-rage thug who threatened to gang rape stewardess is set to have ‘unduly lenient’ sentence reviewed – after complaints Lucy Connolly was jailed for TWICE as long over migrant tweet

A bandit, who was imprisoned for abuse of the first -class cabin team on a flight from London, will review his sentence because it is ‘unjustly soft’.

Shadow Interior Minister Chris Philp called on Chief Public Prosecutor Lord Hermer to consider increasing the 15 -month imprisonment of his Court of appeal of the appeal court.

Considering that Lucy Connolly was sentenced to 31 months of imprisonment for a tweet about Southport rebellions, the penalty was a proof of ‘two -layer justice’.

Mr. Philp said to Mail: ‘IFtikar was sentenced to just 15 months in prison last week and threatened an air host with gang rape and racial aggravated harassment. Iftikhar has many prisoners before.

‘Nevertheless, Lucy Connolly took 31 months for a much less serious crime – a prosecution lord Hermer personally authorized.

“ This two -layer justice is in action.

“ Today I directed the case to the Chief Public Prosecutor Lord Hermer to examine unjustly within the scope of the sentence plan.

‘Now we will find out if Hermer is willing to take action to correct the two -layer justice problem of England.’

IFtikhar, a 37 -year -old recruitment king, was flying in the first class when he started a vile at the Virgin Atlantic personnel on a flight from London Heathrow to Lagon’s homeland.

Philp, Pakistani citizens’ sentence ‘two -layer justice’ evidence, he said.

Mr. Philp wrote: ‘I’m sure you accept that this cannot be true.

Considering the seriousness of the threats used by Iftikhar and the severity of inferior language, I believe that the sentence should be re -evaluated and increased, and I advise you to direct the case for examination within the scope of the unjust gripping scheme covering the crimes in which Iftikhar was convicted.

‘If you decide not to apply for re -evaluating the penalty, this will be another example of the two -layer justice under the government.’

The program allows everyone to request a crown court for reviewing by the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office (AGO).

If the civil servants unjustly alleviate the penalty, they may ask the Court of Appeal to review the sentence.

Later, deciding whether the original sentence is appropriate will depend on the judges.

The crime of threatening to kill is sentenced to a maximum of 10 years in prison, but it can be handled by a community order.

Racally aggravated harassment, maximum imprisonment duration carries custody up to two years.
