India initiates anti-dumping probe into import of solar cell component, mobile covers from China

In a separate notification, DGTR said that he launched an investigation of a balance task on the imports of “Net Flash Glass” imported from Malaysia and Indonesia.

An application on this subject was presented by Sisecam Flat Glass India Pvt Ltd, Gold Plus Glass Industry, Gold Plus Float Glass and Saint-Gobain India.

These applicants requested investigations.

“The authority determines that the presence of appropriate subsidies against the production and exports of the goods in the country in question is proof of prima disaster and that such subsidized imports cause material injuries in the indigenous sector through volume and price effects.”

“Authority is enough to determine the existence, degree and effect of the resident subsidies as a result of the alleged subsidies, and if it is removed, it will be sufficient to raise the injury to the domestic sector.”
