For the first week of school holidays, the trains will not run on Gold Coast and Beenleigh for the first week of school holidays. Buses will replace trains between university lakes and Boggo road stations.
Buses will also replace the trains between the Rome Street and Cannon Hill stations in Cleveland Line at the weekend weekend due to signal work near Dutton Park.
Between 29 September – 11 October, Gold Coast and Beenleight will unite all stations between Varsity Lakes and Banoon. On October 12, trains on both lines will go to Brisbane City through the Tennyson cycle before returning to regular timeline on October 13th.
“We understand that this would be a discomfort for customers, so Cross River Railway Delivery Authority, Queensland Rail and Transportation and Main Roads, and the main roads, minimize the disruptions of these projects and to ensure that they are often on school holidays when less customer travels at network.”
“We will have many services to help you reach where you need to go.”
