Two men stabbed at major train station in ‘linked’ attacks as CCTV released | UK | News

The two men were stabbed in one of London’s most intense tube stations but “connected” attacks. The first sacrifice, a 23 -year -old man was found with stab wounds at the Oxford Circus Station around 3.40 at Friday. He was hospitalized for treatment.
A second -year -old man was stabbed at the same station a few hours later. The police were called on Saturday morning at around 1.30 and was taken to hospital. The British transport police said that no person was subjected to life -threatening or life -changing injuries.
The detectives believe that two knives are connected and that a man they want to talk about in connection with the events published the CCTV image. No arrest has been made so far.
Detective Chief Inspector Gareth Davies said: “There is absolutely no place for violence in the railway network, and the detectives are working quickly to investigate these two connected events.
“Passengers will increase the existence of the police at the station, while civil servants will conduct their investigations.
“At that time, we call everyone in the region that may have been invited to contact and help our questions that these events took place or that the events took place.
“Any piece of information may be vital for our investigation.”

On Wednesday night, a woman was arrested on suspicion of murder after she was stabbed in a house in Greenwich.
The 29 -year -old sacrifice died at the scene on the Trafalgar Road. A 33 -year -old man in the hospital with life -threatening injuries was arrested at the scene and is believed to know the woman.

“We know that this event will cause a great concern in the society. Even though we are sure that this is an isolated event, the inhabitants will see that the presence of police in the region increased.”
