Anne Hathaway stuns in gothic gown at the London ‘Mother Mary’ premiere

Anne Hathaway has revealed one of her most dramatic fashion moments ever.
Hathaway delivered a dramatic and fashionable moment while posing on the red carpet for her new movie “Mother Mary.” The 43-year-old actress wore an intricately designed black gown that blended pure sensuality with sculptural details at the London premiere on April 23.
The look featured a striking, mesh-like bodice made of black corded embellishments that formed an ornate, almost gothic pattern across the chest and shoulders. While the transparent structure reveals the thin skin underneath, the neckline takes on a soft V shape.
Hathaway’s intense look added to the fashion range she showed off during the press tour for “The Virgin Mary.” At the New York City premiere on April 13, Hathaway embraced a futuristic, sculptural aesthetic on the red carpet, turning heads in a sheer gown that played with light and movement.

The “The Devil Wears Prada” star wore a sleeveless, high-collared design made of translucent, silvery fabric that caught the light with a slightly iridescent sheen. The translucent structure offered a glimpse of the structure below, adding depth and dimension to its appearance.
Becoming the Virgin Mary was a new endeavor for Hathaway, who considered herself a choir singer.

“It was a completely new way of singing and it amazed me for a long time.” Hathaway said During a Q&A hosted by A24 and Spotify.
“It took me about two years to finally figure it out,” he said of the character he created for the film. “A big part of this was studying what other singers were doing and, frankly, trying to figure out why they sounded so cool.”

Hathaway revealed that she is working on Beyoncé’s song “American Requiem” from her eighth studio album.
“His technique on that song is so stunning and surprising and real,” Hathaway explained. “I just listened to her tone, her musicianship, understood the background that made her voice sound so serene, so present, and I studied that and appreciated that Beyoncé could do those runs.”
The “Princess Diaries” star also said she talked to Charli XCX, who wrote the film’s score, about what the life of a pop star is like.
“The person I was talking to was Charli… I wanted to talk to her about music, and she wrote so much great music that I was going to perform it,” he said. People magazine. “But I also had a lot of questions for her about what her life was like, what her experience of being a pop star was like.”
