Bushfire prepare to leave warning issued as blaze threatens lives in Jane Brook, Red Hill, and Swan View

Firefighters are working to contain an out-of-control blaze that is now threatening lives and homes in Perth’s hills.
A bushfire warning is in place for residents of Jane Brook, Red Hill and Swan View.
At 2.57pm on Sunday, the Department of Fire and Emergency Services issued the warning for areas bounded by Old Toodyay Road, Adams Road, Huntsman Terrace, Talbot Road and Taaffe Road in the City of Swan and Mundaring Shire.
Fire crews are actively responding to the fire. Despite all efforts, the fire could not be brought under control and continues to pose a serious threat.
Conditions are changing rapidly; authorities warn residents that the situation could worsen at any time.
“Leaving the area now is the safest option,” the warning read.
While firefighters were responding to the fire, citizens were called to be careful.
