Rapper Aitch and YouTube sensation AngryGinge are the latest contestants to land at Brisbane Airport ahead of this year’s I’m A Celebrity

Manchester rapper, Aitch and YouTube sensation AngryGinge touched down at Brisbane Airport ahead of this year’s I’m A Celebrity, which airs on Sunday.
Aitch, 25, whose real name is Harrison Armstrong, arrived Down Under wearing an all-black and white Adidas tracksuit and insisted he was in Australia on ‘tour’ as contestants still couldn’t confirm they were heading to the Jungle.
The Rain rapper told the Daily Mail: ‘I was going to say I’d miss the rain in the UK but it’s raining here so things haven’t changed much.
‘I’ve been to Australia many times, I love it here. I don’t mind snakes, snakes on toast.’
The artist, who comes from New Moston in Manchester, stated that he will miss his younger sister Gracie, who has Down Syndrome, and said, ‘Even though she is a little dirty, I will still miss her.’
And then in a message to fans he said: ‘I want to shout at them all and tell them I’ll be coming home soon, if I don’t someone has to promise.’

AngryGinge, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, was the fifth contestant to land at Brisbane Airport.
Elsewhere, his close friend AngryGinge, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, was also seen arriving at Brisbane Airport.
The YouTube and Twitch sensation wore an all-black tracksuit and a pair of £50 Crocs after the Cars cartoon, telling the Daily Mail: ‘I’m really excited to be here, I’ve never been to Australia.’
Poking fun at her fellow contestants’ excuses for why they were there, she added: ‘You won’t believe why I’m here, I got a random call from Kelly Brook and said she was coming to visit her Aunt Sheila and would I like to join too, I said I could too.
‘Then Lisa Riley rang me and said she was doing Dingle Down Under, would I like to join and then Aitch said he was going on tour so I told him I could join.
‘Then Aitch’s mum called me and said she had won two weeks in the postcode lottery in Australia and would I like to join her, so I said I would, so I’ll be busy.’
Asked about his close friendship with the Manchester rapper, who arrived a few hours before him, Ginge joked: ‘I’m not the number one fan of his music, don’t get me wrong, but he’s a nice guy so it should be fun.’
On the topic of camping, the social media influencer said: ‘Well, I won the Duke of Edinburgh’s bronze medal so I wasn’t too bad at it, I’ve done it before.
‘But I swore I would never come to Australia because of the spiders and animals, so I hope the hotel is safe and they don’t get in.’
When asked what he would miss about being at home, he listed Twitch chat, his mother and Manchester United.
It comes after he was seen checking in at the Emirates First Class desk on Sunday as he prepared to board the flight.
ITV bosses hope Burtwistle will attract a slew of new young Gen Z viewers to its flagship show, as the TikTok star already has three million followers on the video-sharing app and Instagram.
The popular streamer and YouTuber is known for his high-energy, emotional gameplay and appeared at ITV’s Soccer Aid earlier this year, where he played alongside a host of famous faces at Old Trafford.
After his performance, which saw many fans calling for him to play professionally, Tyson Fury told him he was ‘devastated’.
The duo will join the likes of Kelly Brook, Shona McGarty, Lisa Riley, AngryGinge and Martin Kemp in the Jungle in the 25th series of the series.
The BRIT Award winner will follow in the footsteps of rapper Tinchie Stryder, who appeared on the show 11 years ago.
Aitch, whose real name is Harrison Armstrong, has nine top 10 hits and became a viral sensation after forming an intimate connection with YouTube creator Amelia Dimoldenberg when they met on the Chicken Shop series.
Although neither duo confirmed the relationship, his appearance as Amelia’s date in the Baby video sent fans into a frenzy.
Aitch, who hails from Manchester, won the British Hip Hop/Girl/Rap Competition at The Brits in 2023 and has over six million followers across all his social platforms and YouTube.
It is thought that it is this large following and the fact that it is younger that attracted the attention of ITV bosses.
It comes after I’m A Celebrity contestants began arriving in Australia ahead of the new series, with Ant and Dec sporting jungle-themed pajamas.
