Manslaughter arrests in Lucy Letby hospital investigation

Three former senior staff, who Lucy Letby killed seven babies and tried to kill seven people, were arrested on suspicion of heavy negligence.

Between 2015-2016, all three suspects worked at the Senior Leadership team in Counts and heavily questioned on suspicion of having heavy negligence.
