Indigo concluded its post by issuing a new apology: ‘We are very sorry for the difficulties experienced.’

Government orders airlines to process refunds by December 7

The civil aviation ministry ordered the airline to complete the ticket refund process for canceled flights by Sunday evening and ‘take immediate regulatory action; A lawsuit will be filed against the airline. “The Ministry has mandated that the refund process for all canceled or interrupted flights must be fully completed by 8pm on Sunday, December 7, 2025.
