However, his lawyer Sam Norton made an application to postpone the hearing, saying that Mr. Tim’s lawyers received a statement from a fire safety expert in the near future.
Mr. Norton said to the court that the expert participated in a deadly fire in Sunshine North on February 23 last year and a report that detares the risk factors that could contribute to the fire and fatal injury.
Mr. Tims and a jointly accused Atem Akoi Thon were accused of crimes caused death in July after a fire in a Burnett St Panel shop spread to a nearby factory where two men slept in July last year.
The police claim that the duo acted by the order of a prison prisoner when the fire was fired around 3.50.
A 42 -year -old three -year -old father was described only as Hai and a 48 -year -old man died at the scene.

Mr. Norton told the court that Mr. Tim claimed that he had recently been guilty by prosecutors.
“Our customer said, in a building that then joined the illumination of a fire in a building spreading to another building, and perhaps in this building, perhaps surprisingly.
Mr. Norton, the fire expert’s report, a illegal building, including the contribution of the spread of the fire, including “directly related to the guilt of our client” refers to the factors, he said.

A third man, 19 -year -old Semajobia, was accused of crimes such as aid criminal (causing death) and criminal damage, allegedly burning a vehicle in Victoria after the fire.
Neither Mr. Thon nor Mr. Cigobia did not have any satisfaction.
