Sunshine North fatal fire: Case against alleged arsonists over deadly factory fire delayed

The court claimed that he was guilty of a young Melbourne man accused of firing a fire that killed two sleeping people.

The 20 -year -old Phoenix Darren John Tim was expected to be the first to decide whether the case would be sent to a higher court.

However, his lawyer Sam Norton made an application to postpone the hearing, saying that Mr. Tim’s lawyers received a statement from a fire safety expert in the near future.

Mr. Norton said to the court that the expert participated in a deadly fire in Sunshine North on February 23 last year and a report that detares the risk factors that could contribute to the fire and fatal injury.

Mr. Tims and a jointly accused Atem Akoi Thon were accused of crimes caused death in July after a fire in a Burnett St Panel shop spread to a nearby factory where two men slept in July last year.

Mr. Norton told the court that Mr. Tim claimed that he had recently been guilty by prosecutors.

A third man, 19 -year -old Semajobia, was accused of crimes such as aid criminal (causing death) and criminal damage, allegedly burning a vehicle in Victoria after the fire.

Neither Mr. Thon nor Mr. Cigobia did not have any satisfaction.

The case against three men was postponed by the magistrate James Fitzgerald for a commitment hearing on September 18th.
