Kennedy Center leadership says families are ‘welcome again’ at NSO gala

Washington, DC – . Kennedy Center celebrated the 95th anniversary season of the National Symphony Orchestra (NSO) with a gala on Saturday, and an official praised the center of creating an environment in which families were “welcome”.
Aaron Copland’s “Common Man Fanfare”, Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov’s “Capriccio Espagnol” and Pyotr Ilyich Tchhaikovsky’s “Piano Concerto No.”
NSO Chairman Joan Bialeek said he was particularly excited to hear the iconic piano piece.
“My favorite composer Tchaikovsky and Yuja Wang play tonight, so I’m very excited about it,” said Biapek to Fox News Digital in Red Carpet before the show.

Wang’s performance did not disappoint, he won multi -standing applause and an Encore.
NSO’s leadership is also the General Manager Jean Davidson, Music Director Gianandrea Noseda and Chief Chief Chief and Art Advisor Steven Reineke.
