A fleet was reserved in the biggest attempt to break the long Israeli blockade of humanitarian aid and activists and Palestinian territory from Barcelona to the Gaza Strip.

Global Sumud Flotilla carried food, water and medicine on approximately 20 boats on Sunday. Organizers are expected to reach Gaza on 14 or 15 September, 70 will join the fleets along the way.
According to a statement, the activists on the ship asked for a safe transition to ensure the very needed assistance and the opening of the humanitarian marine corridor.
According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, almost 23 months of war killed more than 63,000 people and at least 332 Palestinian malnutrition, including 124 children, died.
Sweden activist Greta Thunberg said at a press conference, “The story here is about Palestine. The story here, how people are deliberately deprived of very basic tools to survive,” he said.
