NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

Erika Kirk had a message for everyone celebrating the assassination of her husband Charlie Kirk during a preview of her town hall speech on Wednesday.

Responding to a question from CBS News editor-in-chief Bari Weiss about people justifying or celebrating his killing, the woman said, “You’re sick. He’s a human being. You think he deserves that? Tell that to my three-year-old daughter.”

Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk was shot and killed during a campus event in Utah in September.

“You want to watch the video of my husband’s murder in high definition and laugh and say he deserved it? There’s something very sick in your soul. And I pray God saves you,” Kirk said. “I pray because this is what is so wrong.”

In his conversation with Weiss, Kirk said the internet “dehumanizes” us. The full town hall will be released on Saturday.

Across the country, there were many people publicly celebrating or mocking Kirk’s assassination.

Less than a week after Kirk’s murder on September 10, a student on the Clemson University campus was caught on video mocking the commentator. An 18-year-old Texas Tech student was arrested and expelled after he was caught on video making offensive comments during a vigil in September.

During an interview on “Outnumbered” on Wednesday, Kirk pushed back against conspiracy theorists who have made a series of false accusations about her husband’s assassination.

“Can I get something? Can my kids get something?” said Kirk.

“We’re going to build the most beautiful monument for my husband at Turning Point in the USA. And it’s going to be for the whole world to see. And it’s going to be amazing… But can I have something?” he continued. “Could there be something where my babies, where we hold it sacred, where my husband is buried, where I don’t have to worry about some secular revolutionaries coming and destroying my husband’s grave while my daughter is there praying? Something.”

Kirk said conspiracy theorists got “nothing” from him, telling Fox News’ Harris Faulkner that he didn’t have time to “clear up the noise.”

“My silence doesn’t mean I’m complacent. My silence doesn’t mean Turning Point USA and all the hand-picked staff who love my husband and my husband loves them are somehow involved. We’re busy building,” Kirk said.
