First Nature Cure Medical College Getting Ready in Visakhapatnam

Vijayawada: Health Minister Satya Kumar Yadav said that the alliance government provides a special focus on strengthening Ayush medical services such as Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani and Naturopathy.
“All of the state will witness a new section in Naturopathy and traditional drugs with the establishment of the First Nature Therapy in Visakhapatnam (Naturopathy).
Yadav said, “As part of our commitment to bringing the traditional Indian Medicine system to the public, we accelerated the waiting projects. Nature Cure Medical College in Visakhapatnam, an integrated Ayush hospitals and laboratory drugs in Visakhapatnam and Kakinada are completed.”
He said that the Union government had built a Nature Treatment College with Integrated Ayush Hospitals in Vizag and Kakinada in 2016-17. However, the projects stopped for several years. “Following our interventions, the center recently released RS.4.18 Crore and RS.4.08 Crore Fund for Crore and Nature Cure College for Vizag’s Integrated Hospital.
The construction of the Vimag College is approaching to be completed to take part in the Vims campus at a cost of 16.40 crore. Side -by -side, an integrated Ayush Hospital with a 50 -bed, 14.85 rubles costs at the same facility, where patients can soon access Ayurveda, Homeopathy and Unani treatments.
Saying that there are more attempts on the pipeline, the Minister said that a 50 -bed natural therapy hospital was planned for Visakhapatnam and that offers worth 16 Crore to the center were planned. A Ayurveda Pharmacy and Quality Test Laboratory in the Shonthyam region were almost completed with RS.6 RS and another RS Crore equipment cost.
The government is expected to open the public within three months in Kakinada, a 50 -bed integrated Ayush hospital built at the facilities of Polytechnic College.
Yadav said on suggestions for new colleges in Dharmavaram and Kakinada, said the government had bid for the establishment of new Ayurved Medical Colleges under the National Ayush mission in Dharmavaram (Sri Sathya Sai region) and Kakina. The plan includes establishing a 50 -bed Ayurveda Hospital in Dharmavaram as an attached facility.
“After a three -year delay, the central funds started to flow due to our permanent efforts. We are determined to make Ayush health services more accessible to the people of Andhra Pradesh,” he added.
