Super Bowl 2026: Patriots, Seahawks meet for NFL supremacy

The New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks will face each other in Super Bowl LX, which will be a rematch of Super Bowl XLIX.
The Patriots defeated the Denver Broncos in the AFC Championship Game, which turned into an epic snow game. Drake Maye scored a rushing touchdown against Jarrett Stidham to get the winner and it was just enough to get past the incredible Broncos defense.
Sam Darnold led the Seahawks against the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Championship Game. He threw three touchdown passes and will give the Patriots’ defense another test.

In Super Bowl XLIX, the Patriots, led by Tom Brady, defeated the Seahawks, led by Russell Wilson. Wilson returned an interception into the end zone to seal the victory for New England.

Super Bowl LX will air on NBC this year. Super Bowl LIX was on FOX and broke viewing records with a projected average of 126 million viewers.
Who’s performing at halftime?

Bad Bunny was chosen as this year’s Super Bowl halftime show performer despite criticism of the move. The Grammy Award winner criticized US policies last year, including US Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) detention of illegal immigrants.
However, Bad Bunny found support from Jay-Z and Dallas Cowboys executive Charlotte Jones.
Who sings the National Anthem?
Charlie Puth will sing “The Star-Spangled Banner” before the game starts. Green Day is also expected to be a part of the pregame festivities.
Brandi Carlisle will sing “America the Beautiful.” Coco Jones will sing “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” also known as the Black national anthem.

Where is Super Bowl LX held?

Super Bowl LV will take place at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The stadium is hosting its first Super Bowl since Super Bowl 50 between the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers.
