This is the heart-stopping moment when a dump truck loaded with 17 tonnes of cargo crashed into 12 cars and a bus was thrown off the street.

Firefighters rushed to the scene to save the person before the ambulance took him to the hospital.

However, Souza was miraculously released within hours of a scan and x-rays showed that he had not broken a single bone and had not suffered any other significant injuries.
