Tanker struck by unknown projectile 6 nautical miles east of Oman, UKMTO says

A tanker was hit by an unknown shell in its port off the coast of Oman, United Kingdom Merchant Marine Operations (UKMTO) said on Saturday. UKMTO said the incident occurred 6 nautical miles east of Oman on Friday. While the crew was reported to be safe and no environmental impacts were reported, the tanker continued on its way to the next port of call.
