Under the new plan, Belconnen, Woden, Dickson, Tuggeranong and Gungahlin library branches will be open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. In the old hours, branches were open between 10.00-17.30 on weekdays, 10.00-16.00 on Saturdays and 12.00-16.00 on Sundays.
