Tatiana Schlossberg, granddaughter of JKF, dies aged 35

Tatiana ‍Schlossberg, granddaughter of former US president John F. Kennedy, died in November after announcing that she had been diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia. He was 35 years old.

His death was announced by his family through the social media post of the John F Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum.

“Our beautiful Tatiana passed away this morning. She will always be in our hearts,” the family wrote.

Schlossberg was a climate change and environmental journalist and the second child of JFK’s daughter, former US diplomat Caroline Kennedy, and designer-artist Edwin Schlossberg.

In a New Yorker article published in November, Schlossberg said he was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia, a blood and bone marrow cancer with a rare mutation.

He also criticized his cousin Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the US health secretary at the time, for being skeptical of vaccines and cutting funding for cancer research.
