Taylor rails against ‘mass migration’ in post-budget pledge

ANGUS’ BIG MOMENT
After the government had to spend all of yesterday selling its budget, today the opposition leader will tell us what he will do with the country if he gets the chance.
news.com.au reports Angus Taylor today he will “promise to end mass immigration, limit the construction of new homes by immigrants, and reward aspirations rather than punishing people for trying to get ahead.”
The site says Taylor will frame the housing crisis in the context of immigration and argue that the problem is not negative gearing or capital gains tax, but rather that excessive house prices are immigration’s fault.
