Teen dead at prestigious school once attended by William and Harry | UK | News

A teenager was found dead at the prestigious Eton College, where both Prince William and Prince Harry previously attended. It was reported that the young man, whose identity was not shared with the public, was found dead at around 08.30 on the morning of February 27.
Authorities added that a file would be prepared for the coroner regarding the incident, which was described as “unexplained but not suspicious”, according to The Standard and The Daily Mail. In a statement made by Thames Valley Police, it was said: “Their relatives are aware of the situation and we have offered them our support at this difficult time.”
It also writes: “We ask that their privacy be respected at what is an extremely difficult time for them.”
It is unknown the teenager’s exact age at the time of his death, as well as whether his body was found in his dorm room or elsewhere on the university campus.
The school’s official website describes the boarding houses as “caring communities that put kindness and empathy at the heart of their ethos.”
An Eton College spokesman also issued a statement. PEOPLE. It said: “It is with great sadness that Eton College can confirm that one of our children has died at the school.”
“Our priority is to support his family and respect their privacy, as well as support his friends and the wider school community, and so we will not be making any further statements at this time.”

Prince William started studying at Eton in September 1995, when he was 13 years old.
Harry later joined his brother in 1998.
Although his next school has not been announced, Prince George could be preparing to follow in his father and uncle’s footsteps by attending the prestigious school.
