Telangana HC Suggests GHMC Erect ‘Illegal Property’ Identifier
Haydarabad: The Supreme Court of TaLangana observed that GHMC and municipal officials have lost their hope that they would act against illegal structures and unauthorized constructions. The court observed that the citizens lost their confidence that the civil organ would take action on complaints made by them and that they would approach the courts as their last application.
Justice Vijaysen Redy, the Supreme Court’s commission members, commission officials and even surviving consultants to fulfill their duties and unrelated failure or neglect to listen to the explanations of the explanation was very strange.
