Telangana High Court Raps HYDRAA Over Lake Demolitions Without Notices

Haydarabad: The Supreme Court of TaLangana accused Hydraa, Kukatpally Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri Region, Allapur, without fixing the full tank level of the lake and the bumper area and removing the parts of Sunnam Cheruvu.

The judge also warned the lake and sellers of contaminated juice. Justice Bhaskar Reddy officials led the tankers not to seize and release.

Justice CV Bhaskar Redy from the Supreme Court led the government officials to verify the documents by giving notifications to the residents of Shadow Begumpet and their members Siet Maruthi Hills Colony Welfare Association.

The Court has made it clear that Guttala if there is no dispute regarding the land in the 12 and 13 survey of Guttala, and Allapur’s survey 31, Hydraa, should make an application seeking appropriate orders from the Supreme Court, as it continues to rejuvenate. The judge said the status quo will be protected for two weeks.

In March, the Supreme Court gave the status quo orders that led both sides not to progress further. The Court also has disputes on the determination of village boundaries between the research and survey studies 12 and 13 of Guttala Begumpet’s questionnaire number 12 and 13, and that the authorities have directed the land to the terrain to examine the land income law in accordance with the Faculty of 1317, and to provide a pre -court report within four weeks.

In a recent hearing, the residents complained to the court that Hydraa often intervened in the possession and taste of Hydraa, despite the order of surveying within four weeks after issuing notifications.
