Ukraine’s allies are preparing next wave of Russia sanctions, says Mark Carney

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said on Friday that Ukraine’s allies have prepared a new sanction against Russia as part of the campaign to print President Vladimir Putin to end the war in Ukraine.

“Mr. Putin is the reason for this war. The reason for killing it – this will not dictate the conditions of peace.” He said.
