In the video taken a few seconds before the bus accident, pedestrians can be seen passing in front of the clinic. Luckily, the sidewalk was empty when the vehicle left the road.
One person was taken to hospital by paramedics from the London Ambulance Service, while firefighters from the London Fire Brigade also checked whether the building was safe.
Tugay told BBC There was minor damage to the building.
Transport for London Head of Bus Service Delivery Rosie Trew said TfL was working with bus operator Transport UK to investigate what caused the collision on Great Peter Street.
He told the broadcaster: “Our thoughts are with the person thought to have been injured and everyone affected by this sad incident. Our support is available to everyone affected.”
