Tesco launches £10 Christmas deal during biggest shopping weekend | UK | News
Tesco has launched a major deal that will greatly benefit millions of families across the UK. The major supermarket is offering a Christmas meal deal that will feed a family of six for under £10. The £1.59 per person deal includes a full range of turkey, festive vegetables, stuffing and gravy.
Prices for small, medium and large turkeys have been halved, meaning families can buy a small whole turkey that feeds six people for just £7.50, and veg prices are also shockingly low.
Exclusive to Clubcard members, this deal includes potatoes, carrots and parsnips for just 15p per bag, sage and onion stuffing for just 40p and sauce granules for chicken for just 65p.
The supermarket also revealed this year’s Christmas deal is 25p per head cheaper for Clubcard members than the full price of the equivalent deal in 2024, and 50p per head less than Tesco’s equivalent deal in 2023.
The deal, which launches on Friday, December 19, comes just in time for families across the country to get ready to do their Christmas shopping on the busiest weekend of the year.
Tesco UK CEO Ashwin Prasad said: “Christmas is a time when value really matters and we’re committed to helping Tesco customers make the most of the festive season. “With the traditional Christmas meal at the heart of many celebrations, being able to feed six people for under £10 with Clubcard is something we know will make a real difference to families across the UK.
“We love rewarding our customers with great prices and we have thousands more great Clubcard deals in store this week, including hundreds of products priced the same as Aldi and our Low Everyday Prices on everyday essentials to ensure our customers get what they need to celebrate the festive season and beyond.”
Items included in the Christmas Meal offer will be available for Clubcard members in most major Tesco stores from 19 December until Christmas Day.
Clubcard members can also enjoy the supermarket’s other discounts, including Finest mince pies, Tesco Large Roast Beef Pieces and Tesco Boneless Salmon Sides.
