Michael Jordan’s body transformation revealed: Insiders spill secrets to his shredded-pecs overhaul after health fears… as he swaggers around Spain with glam wife Yvette

Cigar-smoking Michael Jordan looked great as he strolled around Marbella this week with his gorgeous wife, Yvette Prieto; after fears for her health spurred her to get in shape.
The 63-year-old NBA legend is enjoying another European holiday this summer with 48-year-old Prieto, who has visited many cities in Italy, Greece and France over the years.
The couple have been soaking up the sun in Spain this week, where they were seen walking surrounded by security guards at the Marbella Club Hotel.
Smoking one of his signature cigars, Jordan showed off his newly slimmed-down physique while wearing an orange T-shirt with jean shorts and white sneakers.
And a source told the Daily Mail that the six-time NBA champion and NASCAR team owner has been focusing on his health since a worrying photo taken in Monaco sparked concern in 2024.
“Aside from being seen on TV through NASCAR and the occasional moment in the NBA on NBC, he’s been wanting to be in good shape lately and be TV-ready, so to speak, because it wasn’t too long ago that fans were a little upset with him about his appearance and the way his eyes looked, and a lot of people were worried about him,” the insider said.

‘But the great thing about Mike and his health is that he’s been an elite athlete for so long, he knows what he needs to do to stay in shape and he’s got a wife who’s a model, they train together and she’s always around the golf course, so he stays in solid shape overall. Also, how much stress do you think he has? Not much, he’s rich, happily married and loves life. ‘That goes a long way towards someone’s health.’
In September 2024, fans expressed concern when Jordan was spotted watching Monaco beat Barcelona in the Champions League with Yvette at the Stade Louis II.
After Bleacher Report posted a photo of him at the game, the comments section was filled with references to the former Chicago Bulls star’s alarmingly yellow eyes.
While fans first shared theories about his health following the release of the hugely popular docuseries The Last Dance in 2020, it wasn’t the first time his eyes had caused concern.
Jordan was giving interviews for the Netflix show and regularly appeared with a yellow tint to his eyes, sparking fears that he was suffering from jaundice, or perhaps even something more serious.
Jaundice is usually caused by excessive alcohol consumption and causes a person’s skin and eyes to turn yellow.
“When she heard people talking about her appearance, she changed some of her eating habits and went back to exercising a little more, because she wants to make sure she’ll be as vibrant in her 70s as she was in her 60s,” the source added.
The insider also downplayed the possibility that Jordan was taking weight-loss pills to get back in shape. ‘He didn’t tell anyone or ask if he was using Ozempic or anything else. ‘He’s keeping this to himself,’ they insisted.

Jordan, whose estimated fortune is $4.3 billion, has traveled around Europe in recent years with two luxury yachts.
As well as an $80 million yacht known as ‘Joy’, he is also believed to own an even larger yacht known as ‘M’BRACE’ which is worth a staggering $115 million.
Living a lavish lifestyle, Jordan’s time away from the NBA since fully retiring as an active player in 2003 was typical.
It appeared on TV as a special on NBC this season, but after it was announced by the network last year, fans were left depressed by the lack of airtime.
Jordan conducted a single interview with NBC host Mike Tirico that spanned multiple episodes of the network’s 2025-26 season studio show.
