Texas agency lays out changes Camp Mystic must make before reopening

A new letter from the Texas Department of State Health Services lays out the changes Camp Mystic must make before reopening following last summer’s deadly floods that killed 27 campers and staff. The camp had planned to open its Cypress Lake location, which is nearby but not the same location where the campers died.
