Thackeray not just a brand, it is Maharashtra’s identity, says Uddhav
Sena UBT’s mouthpiece “Saamana” in an interview with the former Prime Minister hit the election commission, could freeze the symbol of his party or give it to someone else, but his grandfather Keshav Thackeray and his father Founder Bal Thackerray said he had no right to name the party.

The Election Commission recognized his fraction as a real Shiv Sena and gave permission to use Sagittarius and arrow symbols, led by Thacacheray, separated the name of Shiv Sena (UBT) and ‘Mashaal’ (Flaming Torch) as a symbol.
At the beginning of this week, the Supreme Court began to hear an objection of Shiv Sena (UBT) against the decision of the Supreme Court to give the Maharashtra parliament speaker to Shiv Sena, led by the “Sagittarius and Ok” party symbol to Eknath.
