Weiss named CBS News editor-in-chief in Free Press deal
David Ellison, CEO of Paramount Skydence, chose the online news site, CBS News as a part of an agreement to buy The Free Press.
Companies did not announce the value of the agreement in a statement on Monday.
A source familiar with the issue said it was USD $ 150 million (A227 million dollars).
