Three, including two government employees, arrested in land fraud case in Adilabad

Mavala police, including two government employees, including three people, using false documents by using double registration in the town of Adilabad Sai Nagar’da allegedly trying to occupy seven housing parcels worth 2 Crore.
Among those arrested, 59 -year -old N. Venkataramana and 49 -year -old B. Sanjeev Kumar, both government employee and Ushka Malla Raghupathi, 43 -year -old Mavala’s former Sarapanch, Adilabad residents.
Duppalapudi, a subcontractor, is still running away from another defendant.
Police, the defendant, then in connection with the Adilabad subcontractor Ashok, using fake documents in 2024 Maharashtra -based seven parcels of seven parcels managed to make a double registration.
Police claimed that the three defendants had offered a 7 lakh bribery to Ashok to carry out fraudulent land transactions.
The land deception came to the forefront after a complaint filed by the victim landowner Milind during the “Message to your SP” program.
Following the case, the investigation led to the arrest of three defendants in the land deception.
The police are looking for the fourth defendant Ashok.
