Three-year-old girl kidnapped from Vijayawada railway station, police launch search

Miscreants allegedly kidnapped a three -year -old girl from Vijayawada Train Station on Thursday (August 07th). Parents looking for their daughters in vain, then complained to the State Railway Police (GRP).

According to the police, Sri Durga Malleswara Swamyvarla came from Vetapalem village in Bapatla Bapatla region to have the Darshan of the god in Devastanam.

The defendant kidnapped the girl while resting in the family waiting room. GRP and the police set up special teams and started a search for the kidnappers.

“We observe CCTV images in the waiting room, on the platforms and near the train station,” Crime Intelligence Branch (CIB) Inspector K. Hindu Friday.
