Parliament returns with a flurry of pomp and ceremony

Later, General Governor Sam Mostyn will make a speech summarizing the priorities of the period in the Senate and then follow a 19 armed ceremony.

The legislation to be introduced in the first week of parliament includes a decrease of 20 percent in hecS debt for university students, penalty rate protection and increasing security measures in child care centers.

The coalition is still reviewing most of the policies it has been elected, but the opposition marked that the student debt is likely to support reduction measures with child care protection laws.

The greens holding the balance of power in the upper Assembly will bring a special senator bill to reform Australia’s main environmental laws.
